About the role

Responsibilities
- You will join our accounting team based in Fort-de-France, Martinique.
- Reporting directly to the partners, you will independently carry out account review engagements for a portfolio of clients.
- Contribute to the development of our clients by providing reliable financial information.
- Be attentive to client needs and proactive in proposing improvements and solutions.
- Supervise the work of internal and external accounting staff assigned to the engagements.
Requirements
- Candidates from IAE, business schools, holders of the DSCG, or trainee chartered accountants (Stagiaire EC).
- More than 5 years of experience in an accounting firm in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a team and able to provide coaching and mentoring.
- Rigour, curiosity, and the ability to take initiative are assets.
- Experience with consolidation and tax integration would be an additional advantage.
