About the role

  • Consultant en Développement et Cession d'entreprises dans une organisation à taille humaine en France. Accompagnement d'entrepreneurs sur des projets de développement, de cession et de transmission d'entreprises.

Responsibilities

  • Work with company leaders (micro-enterprises/SMEs) across the Gironde region
  • Help entrepreneurs secure the long-term future of their businesses
  • Optimize economic, human and societal performance
  • Support projects related to business development, sale, transfer and acquisition
  • Conduct company diagnostics and prepare business plans

Requirements

  • Higher education (business school, IAE with a finance specialization, or accounting/audit track)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills
  • Good listening skills and strong interpersonal qualities
  • Ability to adapt and communicate with diverse profiles and stakeholders
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach
