About the role

Responsibilities
- Act a preferred point of contact for the Regional General Manager and Country Managers
- Analyze trends growth and profitability for the resellers and vendors of the region
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs for the region such as bookings, billings, backlog
- Conduct performance benchmarks across the region
- Prepare bonus calculations for key management
- Support the country finance teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the monthly financial closing process
- Propose opportunities for process improvement
- Support long-term planning initiatives for the region
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerBI is required
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite and OneStream is preferred
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time within the region
