- Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist responsible for growing Evonik Animal Nutrition’s North American business. Focusing on logistics and inventory management with a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing Evonik Animal Nutrition’s (AN) North American business
- Managing the customer remote terminal units (RTU) and handling customer orders in PDF
- Managing all inventory in the US and placing replacement orders
- Handling and tracking the EN IVPO orders to cover US needs
- Support regional Customer Service with logistics
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities in SCM processes
- Provide support in implementing projects related to logistics improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management
- Effective organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skill
- Experience in inventory management
- Ability to work with others in a synergistic manner and as part of a team
- Two years logistic experience in the chemical industry (preferred but not required)
- Systems experience: SAP preferred
