About the role

  • Providing software support for supply chain processes in the construction industry. Collaborating with clients and improving ERP solutions at BRZ.

Responsibilities

  • You advise our customers on technical questions related to supply chain processes in the construction industry
  • You support the use of our SCM software solution
  • You analyze error patterns and identify practical, real-world solutions
  • You work closely with our consultants and product management
  • You contribute your hands-on experience to continuously improve our software
  • You assist with testing, releases and functional enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain management, dispatching, logistics or production planning
  • Understanding of process flows along the value chain
  • Interest in IT, software and digital solutions
  • Analytical mindset and enjoyment in solving problems in a structured way
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
