- Analyze forecast performance, identify trends, and deliver reports that support strategic and operational planning.
- Deliver reliable customer demand forecasts that enable the company to plan effectively and meet market demand.
- Strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing between planning, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methods and systems, helping the organization anticipate customer needs and optimize supply chain performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or a closely related field
- Strong background in statistical analysis and data-driven forecasting within complex, high-variance environments, with a clear understanding of financial and operational impacts.
- Experience with Demand Planning software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process. Good facilitation skills are required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
