About the role

  • Assistente de Finanças e Controle at Evolua Energia supporting financial routines including invoice handling and compliance. Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify and validate incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Support tax and accounting bookkeeping.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist with external audits.
  • Organize and file tax documents.
  • Register products and suppliers in the systems.
  • Support tax calculations (PIS, COFINS, IR, CSLL, IOF, ISS).
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and tax returns, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, among others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Previous experience in tax/accounting functions.
  • Knowledge of tax legislation.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and ERPs.
