- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Create schedules and optimize staffing according to activity levels
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training your team
- Conduct annual reviews and set objectives in agreement with management
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the service's reputation
- Advise and guide guests in their culinary choices
- Ensure dining room setup and cleanliness
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room during service
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- Stay informed about products and trends relevant to the outlet
- Know regular guests and their preferences
- Propose improvements to optimize the offering and reduce costs
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality/Catering or vocational qualifications (CAP/BEP/BAC/BTS)
- Proven experience in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels
- Natural leadership and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- English proficiency is a plus
- Ability to make decisions, unite and motivate a team
- Managerial skills and a taste for teamwork
