About the role

• Product Manager leading development of internal communication platform at EveryMatrix, a B2B SaaS provider for iGaming software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product vision and roadmap for EveryMatrix’s internal communication platform.
• Integrate and optimize multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure robust and compliant integrations with email gateways and SMS providers.
• Define and prioritize features that improve message delivery, personalization, and engagement across all channels.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the communication platform.
• Work closely with internal business units to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as delivery rates, latency, and engagement, and drive continuous improvements.
• Stay ahead of trends in communication technology and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Own documentation, workflows, and specifications to ensure clarity and accessibility across teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for communication-related topics across the organization.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in communication platforms or messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication technologies, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Experience managing integrations with third-party vendors and APIs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs such as delivery success and engagement rates.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of compliance and security considerations in messaging and communication systems is a plus.
• iGaming experience is not required but considered beneficial.
