About the role

• C++ Embedded Systems Engineer developing commercial System-on-Modules and supporting nuclear inspector tasks. Working in a hybrid environment for a major European ICT company in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Create new systems based on the latest design of commercial System-on-Modules;
• Development of distributed system components (executing nodes) and their communication/interaction to support nuclear inspector tasks such as Containment & Surveillance and Verification;
• Implementation of the user requirements, testing, documentation and integration with other systems.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 9 years;
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ development;
• Hands-on experience working with hardware and multi-process software;
• Experience with CMake/Embedded Linux/Git/Qt/Optical sensors is considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of the English language.
