- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics processes.
- Create dashboards and automated reports to track performance and operational trends.
- Work closely with operations, quality, IT and other departments to implement improvements in logistics processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex issues related to logistics controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Fundamentals of SAP modules: MM, SD, FI/CO, TM.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power BI and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of process management (Lean methodology).
- Availability to reside in the São Paulo or Paulínia region.
