About the role

  • Marketing Assistant supporting 360-degree activations at Etam. Involves operational marketing tasks and cross-department collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Support for 360° operational marketing activities, working directly with the Marketing Manager and the International Marketing Project Lead
  • Design and implementation of 360° campaigns
  • Assist in creating multichannel activation plans (retail, events, digital) for France and international markets
  • Logistical coordination of operations (planning, reverse scheduling, partner relations)
  • Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, results, and impact)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university with knowledge of operational marketing and an interest in the retail sector
  • Autonomous, curious, service-oriented, and proactive
  • Fluent English
