Responsibilities
- Organize information and analyze complex situations
- Prepare and review technical reports (Portuguese and English)

- Conduct field surveys

Requirements
- Degree in social sciences (geography, sociology, anthropology, etc.) or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience
- Effective written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to ERM Health & Safety protocols
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple assignments with flexibility and meeting strict deadlines
- Availability to travel
- Experience in social performance and human rights work, including risk assessment, impact assessment, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with IFC and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and related standards and regulations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
