Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex regulatory landscapes and sustainability frameworks
- Help organizations reduce risk, achieve compliance, embed best practices
- Lead audits for EHS compliance, management systems, sustainability frameworks
- Develop strategies, processes, tools to strengthen client EHS programs
- Manage national and global projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence
- Deliver training, in-field coaching, presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, sustainability, health & safety science, engineering, or related discipline
- 4+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry, ideally with exposure in Canada and internationally
- Proven ability to assess EHS management systems across high-hazard sectors (mining, oil & gas, petrochemicals, pulp & paper, power generation)
- Strong understanding of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior project management experience with ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
