Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior staff and assist with statistical skills development
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in wildlife biology with a strong statistics focus
  • Minimum 2+ years as a statistician or wildlife biologist
  • Proficiency in wildlife biology, population biology, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to interpret complex data using standard statistical methods
  • Experience with R
  • Ability to lead field programs and conduct surveys
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to health and safety protocols
  • Driver's License Required
  • Preferred Professional Biologist Certification or ability to obtain
  • Wildlife identification and habitat assessment skills
  • Bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish
