About the role

• As a Senior UX Designer, lead projects in the B2B software domain at Envidual. Collaborate closely with clients to deliver user-centered designs and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of UX projects in the context of business applications — from requirements analysis through concept and design to final implementation
• Work closely with clients' business units to gather and refine requirements through workshops, interviews and iterative prototypes
• Develop and maintain design systems that go beyond component libraries, establishing consistent processes, patterns and standards
• Deeply immerse yourself in the clients' business contexts to act as a trusted sparring partner
• Hold project responsibility beyond pure UX scope — think holistically about products and business goals

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing UX for complex business and enterprise software in a B2B environment
• Genuine passion for complex software and strong interest in the domain contexts of your projects
• Strong analytical thinking, a drive for design, and a structured approach, combined with high quality standards
• Experience building or evolving design systems that unify processes and make interaction concepts scalable
• Understanding of technical and organizational constraints
• Proactive, independent working style with an eye for the bigger picture — beyond UX alone
• Ideally, industry experience in insurance or wholesale/logistics
