Requirements
- Relevant qualification in business, commerce or finance; CA/CPA (completed or in progress) highly regarded.
- Background in commercial finance, with a desire to build capability in business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building and interpreting financial models (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
