About the role
- Weld Manufacturing Intern supporting day-to-day production and improving processes at Doosan Bobcat. Engaging with production teams and enhancing factory performance through hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create and update work instructions, visual aids, and standard work documents.
- Collect data (cycle times, downtime) and assist with improvement projects.
- Support weld production lines and solve minor production issues.
- Update and make changes on Layouts.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams on small projects.
- Assist in the continual improvement of factory safety, quality, reliability and productivity.
- Assist in implementation of new tools and fixtures on the weld area.
Requirements
- Experience of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 2D/3D CAD software (PTC Creo is a plus).
- Intermediate or Advanced English is required.
- Currently pursuing Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics (or related) Engineering.
- Hands–on experience in mechanical work is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work with different departments.
