About the role

• Product Manager at Elo7, leading strategic product development and managing cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of product squads, facilitating rituals and guiding specialists to ensure that projects' strategic objectives are met;
• Organize project scope, ensuring value is delivered in the shortest possible time;
• Own project decisions and centralize information, coordinating knowledge across the different involved areas;
• Collaborate in the product conception process, understanding business needs and translating them into product requirements and features;
• Manage the operational aspects of the roadmap, project boards and team allocation;
• Plan rollouts and monitor metric fluctuations after deploy;
• Track product metrics and develop insights that help guide product evolution;
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, combining expertise to solve users' problems;

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager;
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and a critical eye to evaluate whether a screen or flow meets the project's strategic goals;
• Flexibility to operate in dynamic environments and openness to change;
• Clear and direct communication, with the ability to defend ideas at the executive level;
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to work with people and manage conflicts;
• Ability to work on complex problems;
• Analytical skills to ask the right questions and select appropriate metrics;
• Business understanding and strategic vision;
• Proficiency with data tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
