Responsibilities
- Dive into troubleshooting telephony networks, encompassing various signaling protocols like SIP, SS7, INAP, Diameter, ENUM, and more

- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze customer needs and design innovative telecom services
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and performance improvements, driving continuous enhancement
- Showcase your software design and development prowess while ensuring 24/7 on-call support
Requirements
- Extensive telecom expertise, including in-depth knowledge of signaling protocols like SIP, SS7, INAP, Diameter, ENUM, and more
- SQL skills, particularly in organizing and optimizing queries in a MySQL/MariaDB environment
- Linux proficiency, including security, troubleshooting, and scripting (Bash), alongside CLI configuration capabilities with VLANs and VPN tunnels
- Networking/server management experience, with a focus on Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and Linux server management
- A bachelor's degree in computer science is desirable
- 10-12 years of telephony networking experience, coupled with 5-7 years each in software development, SQL, and technical support roles
