Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and accounts by promoting, negotiating, and selling products according to established strategies and meeting the targets defined in the annual business plan, providing input for production, sales forecasts, and business sustainability studies.
Prepare proposals based on identified needs, perform follow-up, and agree on contract closings with clients within the parameters set by management.
Prospect potential clients locally and internationally by identifying business opportunities, maintaining contact with decision-makers, and presenting products with the goal of expanding the client base.
Advise clients and provide post-sales support until product delivery is completed, identifying needs, addressing complaints, proposing corrective actions and solutions, and accelerating necessary measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive business expansion by assessing client needs, identifying new applications, developing new products, and creating new solutions.
Propose and participate in the development of projects for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and sending samples to closing deals.
Monitor the profitability of the accounts under your management, ensuring compliance with agreed contribution margins and volumes.
Ensure sustainable negotiation and long-term relationships, helping to maintain a positive company image with clients in line with established objectives.
Oversee customer service logistics related to orders and other requests, by job site and volume, ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
Manage continuous supply contracts or demand-based agreements, staying informed about conditions and negotiations involved in the process.
Monitor competitors’ actions and market trends, flagging opportunities and risks and taking appropriate actions.
Execute commercial planning to ensure target achievement, promoting actions assigned and defined by the marketing area.
Guide and supervise the activities of administrative support staff.
Report business progress and target attainment by preparing and analyzing reports.
Perform all activities in compliance with predefined standards for safety, quality, environment, values and beliefs, and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience in field (outside) sales.
Proficient sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of account management, new client prospecting, and post-sales support.
Valid driver’s license (Category B) and driving skills.
