About the role

Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant experience in strategic procurement (construction or industrial services).
- Initial experience in (technical) leadership or willingness to take the next career step into management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident use of procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in supplier relationship management.
- Confident use of SAP and business‑fluent German and English (C‑level).
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) for key supplier meetings and team gatherings.
