About the role

  • Project Assistant for project management and office organization in wind energy projects. Involvement in planning, coordination, and documentation with customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project managers with project planning, coordination and documentation
  • Communicate with customers by email and phone and prepare quotations and correspondence
  • Prepare analyses, maintain and monitor project data in SAP and MS Office
  • Carry out ordering, goods receipt and invoice verification
  • Organize and book business travel
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings
  • General office administration

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP skills desirable
  • Good English skills
  • Proactive, structured working style – able to work independently and as part of a team
