Communicate with customers by email and phone and prepare quotations and correspondence
Prepare analyses, maintain and monitor project data in SAP and MS Office
Carry out ordering, goods receipt and invoice verification
Organize and book business travel
Prepare and follow up on meetings
General office administration
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP skills desirable
Good English skills
Proactive, structured working style – able to work independently and as part of a team
