Preparing contract proposals, negotiating and concluding service contracts in new and existing business (in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders when required)
Maximizing revenue through cross-selling of additional service products (training, new products, etc.) or services (e.g., wind farm/turbine optimization)
Responsible for customer communication on overarching issues after acceptance of the turbine, including involving required internal and external specialists (e.g., below-average availability, retrofits, etc.)
Monitoring outstanding service payments
Requirements
Completed technical or business degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering) or a technical apprenticeship in a related field
Solid professional experience in the field of wind energy is an advantage
Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
Proficient user of MS Office products
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
