About the role
- Producer launching and managing a new YouTube channel focusing on viral content for Eneba's gaming marketplace. Collaborate with a creative team to ensure high-quality video production.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end production pipeline.
- Hire and manage a creative team (videographers, editors, writers, actors, etc.) in Lithuania and abroad.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to turn ideas into published videos.
- Oversee pre-production decisions, delegate clear tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Take full responsibility for the production quality of viral content.
- Manage budgets, track finances, and plan cost-saving initiatives.
- Step into different roles when needed - from scripting to coordination or editing feedback.
Requirements
- Strong drive to build this project from scratch and take full ownership of its success.
- Proven experience in video production (Producer, Project Coordinator, or similar role).
- Experience hiring and managing video creators and production teams in Lithuania and abroad.
- Hands-on approach: ready to step in with briefs, coordination, editing, or other tasks.
- Financial management and budget-tracking skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who brings structure and clarity to new projects.
- Good English skills (B2 level is enough).
