About the role

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with political organizations, state campaigns and influencers
  • Coordinate coalition efforts by working closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Nurture ongoing campaign partnerships to ensure successful collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and organizations
  • Serve as the internal project manager to ensure cross-departmental collaboration meets campaign needs
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the reach of the organization’s network

Requirements

  • Strong background in political development, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in political relationship building and campaigns
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse partners, including grassroots organizations, advocacy groups, and political leaders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Passion for democracy reform and protecting voting rights
  • Aligned with commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment
