- Coordinate coalition efforts by working closely with internal teams and external partners
- Nurture ongoing campaign partnerships to ensure successful collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and organizations
- Serve as the internal project manager to ensure cross-departmental collaboration meets campaign needs
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the reach of the organization’s network
Requirements
- Strong background in political development, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in political relationship building and campaigns
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse partners, including grassroots organizations, advocacy groups, and political leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Passion for democracy reform and protecting voting rights
