About the role

  • Develop and implement project lifecycle governance frameworks, including stage-gating, approvals, and documentation standards
  • Coordinate portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and reporting across gas measurement projects in collaboration with Business Development and other stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain standardized project management processes, tools, and templates
  • Lead training and development programs for project personnel, including onboarding, methodology, and system usage
  • Manage project management IT systems (e.g., scheduling, cost tracking, document control) and ensure integration with enterprise platforms
  • Support Supervisors of Project Development, Project Managers, and Construction resources with reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project governance, portfolio management, or project services in the energy sector
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., waterfall, stage-gate, agile)
  • Experience implementing project management systems and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SharePoint, Power BI)
