Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Shell scripting
- Integrate DevSecOps best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Manage and optimize artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus, GitLab Package Registry) and build tools like Maven (mvn)
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues
- Maintain and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) practices across Azure and AWS environments
- Use JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate across teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles
- Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Shell (Bash)
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery
- Experience with artifact repositories and build tools like mvn
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with JIRA for agile project management
