Responsibilities
Manage global volunteerism, matching gifts, and workplace giving programs, including vendor oversight and performance metrics
Support expansion of employee engagement programs in international markets, including compliance, platform deployment, and stakeholder coordination
Support the management of the K-C Employee Care Fund and the Bright Futures scholarship program
Manage local grantmaking in key U.S. markets, and support locally-based community relations leads in K-C facility communities
Lead projects to ensure alignment and compliance with Kimberly-Clark’s social impact strategy and charitable giving policies
Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for all grant application programs within Kimberly-Clark Foundation
Serve as the product owner for the grant application platform and manage the full lifecycle of grant operations, including application processes, contracts, approvals under the charitable giving policy, and fund distribution
Develop and execute communications that elevate employee engagement and community investments
Create content for internal and external audiences and collaborate with Global Communications to ensure alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy or nonprofit management
Proven leadership experience with an ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in project management across multiple geographies, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and generate actionable insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences
