About the role

  • Financial Manager providing financial analysis and operational insights to improve business decisions at Kimberly-Clark. Collaborating with leadership to drive financial performance and segment objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and deliver business outcomes.
  • Lead preparation of annual segment budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with segment strategy and constraints.
  • Drive and support development of segment technology plan and business cases.
  • Track and report on segment financial performance (run & invest) offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases, provide financial support, and in some instances, lead business initiatives and projects.
  • Develop skills & experience to broaden capability for performance in current role and to prepare for future desired roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial, business partnership, & leadership experiences.
  • Demonstratable project & change management experiences desired.
  • Understanding and exposure to digital technology, industry trends and familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM).
  • Experience working with tools like SAP, Power Bi, Excel.
  • Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization desired; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus.
  • Effective communication and ability to build a compelling business case.
  • Strong analytical skills with strong understanding of business, finance, and economics principles.
