About the role
- Junior Accounting Analyst at Conexa supporting financial audits and reconciliations in a digital health ecosystem. Working hybrid in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro with a focus on accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Account reconciliations and support for monthly accounting and tax closings;
- Review of fiscal and accounting documents (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, contracts, receipts);
- Tax assessment and support in tax calculations;
- Submission and support in preparing ancillary tax obligations (statutory filings);
- Assistance with audits;
- Organization, control and filing of documents and reports;
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles;
- Basic understanding of tax legislation (federal, state, and municipal), accounting and tax bookkeeping, and basic account reconciliations;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Availability to work hybrid (3x2) in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro.
