About the role

  • Specialist II providing technical proficiency and customer service in PMO Order Entry for Emerson. This role ensures accurate processing of project order transactions in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
  • Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
  • Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions
  • Suggest process improvements in the respective support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
