About the role

  • Senior Services Sales Enablement Program Manager at Emerson driving sales training and enablement initiatives for services portfolio. Collaborating to enhance sales performance and partner engagement through effective programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enablement roadmap for services
  • Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources maximizing existing platforms such as Showpad.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales tools and templates to support the sales process.
  • Work with services Product Management and Sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for account teams.
  • Conduct regular workshops and webinars to keep teams updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Design and implement enablement programs for distributors and partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the channel is well-equipped to sell our services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information and resources.
  • Develop and monitor key indicators of sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to deploy sales coaching standard processes.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in services sales enablement, training, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior program management position.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.
