- Oversee customer‑facing activities including design reviews, validation, factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, and final system handover.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to identify innovative solutions, share best practices, and maintain consistent project execution standards.
- Support the development of internal tools, processes, and methodologies that enhance project quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and solution innovation.
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering environment, preferably within industrial, power, or utility sectors
- Demonstrated proficiency with control systems, automation platforms, or distributed control architectures
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary technical projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to engage confidently with customers and present technical concepts
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
