Responsibilities
Understand and align with the annual marketing strategy and associated financial plan.
Ensure that the marketing budget is accurately tracked and maintained throughout the year.
Serve as point of contact with finance to create blanket purchase orders for distributors and partners.
Serve as a liaison with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure invoices are received and processed on-time.
Manage payment issues by coordinating with internal finance teams and external partners.
Assist with shipping marketing demos and giveaways for partner-hosted events throughout the year.
Coordinate with AP to create invoices for partner sponsorships and booth spaces for our annual, global NI Connect event.
Support continuous process improvements and assist with other projects as bandwidth allows.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills and professionalism.
Proficient in Excel; experience with Allocadia/Oracle or other financial and marketing CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Finance or Business.
1-5 years of experience in Marketing, Operations or Finance.
