  • Manufacturing Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving development of technologies, products and processes at Emerson. Focused on quality, cost, schedule, safety, and performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise in the production of products.
  • Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and cost.
  • Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs.
  • Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
  • Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
  • Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers.
  • Participate in the administration of technical procedures.
  • Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations.
  • Support capacity model and lean initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in engineering
  • Zero (0) years of applicable experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
