- Overseeing Emerson's import/export operations with a focus on performance and cost reduction in Sorocaba, SP. Supporting internal teams and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the import and export operations team;
- Track purchase orders, item registrations and system configurations to prevent operational impact;
- Enter expenses and authorize payments for the accounts payable team;
- Update and monitor the area’s performance indicators;
- Support internal stakeholders by providing guidance on operations and best practices;
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimize processes and mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or International Relations;
- Solid experience in International Trade;
- Advanced English;
- Analytical, results-oriented profile;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Organized, proactive and critical thinker for decision-making;
