Responsibilities

  • Data management & quality: You are responsible for the monthly preparation of personnel KPIs and ensure that data from source systems (payroll, time-tracking) are valid and consistent.
  • Interfaces expert: You are the guardian of transaction data. You review roster/scheduling systems and ensure a clean data flow into payroll.
  • Reporting routine: You produce and distribute standard reports for our sites and executive management — on time, precise, and error-free.

  • Mindset: You work meticulously and in a structured way and don’t let up until the last discrepancy in the statistics has been resolved.
  • Language: Very good German skills for daily coordination with our business units and good English skills to communicate confidently with our international shareholders and to implement reporting requirements efficiently.

Benefits

  • Insight into an exciting professional field
  • A defined area of responsibility where you can fully leverage your strengths as a hands-on doer
  • Your analyses serve as the direct basis for personnel decisions across the group
  • Autonomous work in a strong team currently consisting of two colleagues (m/f/d)

  • Exciting area of responsibility
  • A secure, crisis-proof job and excellent training opportunities in a booming industry
