- Develop and implement a compensation and benefits strategy
- Analyze and optimize existing compensation structures and derive recommendations for action
- Conduct market and salary benchmarks and prepare compensation analyses
- Design and support an annual salary review process
- Advise managers and HR colleagues on compensation matters and current market trends
- Manage and develop our employee benefits (e.g., company pension schemes, mobility programs, health offerings)
- Work closely with Finance, Payroll and external service providers
- Ensure compliance of all compensation processes, in particular with regard to the German Pay Transparency Act (EntgeltTranspG): o Support implementation and documentation of statutory requirements o Ensure pay transparency and non-discriminatory compensation structures o Prepare and provide relevant information for inquiry procedures under the EntgTranspG
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the compensation and benefits area, ideally with international exposure
- Very good knowledge of compensation systems, labor market trends and basic employment law topics
- Understanding of statutory requirements in the compensation area, in particular the Pay Transparency Act (EntgTranspG)
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Proactive, structured working style and enjoyment of conceptual work
- Strong communication and advisory skills when dealing with managers and stakeholders
- Very good MS Excel skills; experience with HR analytics tools is an advantage
- Good German and English skills
