- Supervisor overseeing aircraft maintenance workload and local teams coordinating projects at Embraer Executive Jet Service Center in hybrid locations in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and oversees all active aircraft maintenance workload at the Embraer Executive Jet Service Center.
- Supervise local teams on hybrid locations and ensure complete coordination of maintenance projects.
- Work closely with Partner’s management to assure quality, compliance, dependability.
- Prepare monthly business review meetings with upper management.
- Review manpower requirements to achieve performance metrics.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree or high school graduate with technical training.
- Experience supervising/directing workgroups.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in People Management.
- Verifiable hands-on experience spent in the repair, maintenance, overhaul or manufacture of Executive Business Jets preferred.
- Must have a valid FAA A&P license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
