About the role

  • Communications Analyst enhancing internal communications at Embracon. Focused on organizational culture, engagement campaigns, and internal content production.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Create content for various internal channels (intranet, e-mails, notices, campaigns, and internal events)
  • Support the dissemination of institutional and strategic information across the organization
  • Develop internal campaigns focused on engagement, culture, and recognition
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other corporate areas to ensure message alignment
  • Assist in organizing and communicating internal events, corporate campaigns, and institutional initiatives
  • Produce and review institutional materials and corporate presentations
  • Monitor results and engagement metrics for internal communication activities
  • Create content for social media aimed at Employer Brand
  • Ensure consistency of language and brand positioning within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields
  • Previous experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or internal marketing (endomarketing)
  • Excellent writing skills and content production capabilities
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable interacting with different departments and hierarchical levels
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills
  • Experience with institutional campaigns and endomarketing
  • Experience organizing internal events
  • Preferred qualifications / Plus if you have:
  • Experience at medium or large companies
  • Experience in organizational culture projects and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with internal communication tools or intranet platforms
  • Experience with AI tools
