About the role

Responsibilities
- Build dashboards, simulation flows, and interactive visualizations that make complex data easy to understand and act on
- Develop responsive, performant, and scalable frontend applications
- Partner closely with backend and data science teams to integrate APIs and ensure frontend systems accurately reflect underlying models and data
- Apply strong design judgment directly in code, crafting interfaces that are clear, cohesive, and make probabilistic information understandable
- Translate high-level product goals and model outputs into intuitive, reliable user experiences through rapid prototyping and iteration
- Design user journeys that are engaging, visually distinctive, and built for production
- Build and evolve the product's design system, component library, and interaction patterns to ensure consistent, polished experiences across the product
Requirements
- 4+ years of frontend developer experience creating prototypes or wireframes for web applications or workflows experience
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including responsive and adaptive design)
- Experience designing and implementing data visualizations (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, or similar libraries)
- A strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, and brand consistency
- Hands-on experience with Figma or other design/prototyping tools
- Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines (engineering, product, and data)
