About the role
- Data & Process Analyst optimizing SCM processes and data in Dortmund for Elmos Semiconductor. Ensuring data integrity in S/4HANA and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, review and cleansing of production master data in S/4HANA and the internal MES
- Development and maintenance of process metrics (KPIs), dashboards and reports to govern Operations
- Data support for change management and the introduction of new products
- Analysis and optimization of operational end-to-end processes together with the relevant departments
- Process modeling in Signavio and publishing processes in the Elmos process landscape
- General support for special projects within Dortmund Operations
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration/economics with a focus on logistics, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in master data maintenance in S/4HANA MM and PP
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAC, or similar)
- Professional experience or willingness to learn in process analysis, operations, or data analytics
- Good knowledge of process modeling (e.g., Signavio)
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- Strong team and communication skills
