About the role

Responsibilities
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees
- Creation of the production schedule and binding coordination with production management

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in an industrial company, ideally in metal processing
- Many years of experience in customer order processing
- Strong, implementation-focused leadership skills and initiative
- Independent, committed and systematic working style
- Good IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
- Confident use of ERP systems
- Strong German language skills, both written and spoken
