Responsibilities
Project management: Planning, control, monitoring and execution of technical customer projects (quality, schedules, costs, budget)
Quotation management: Technical evaluation of inquiries, support in preparing proposals
Customer support: Maintenance and development of customer relationships, identification of cross- and up-selling opportunities
Negotiation: Independent conduct of negotiations within authorized limits, contract management
Interface role: Close collaboration with engineering, procurement, production and external partners
Reporting: Regular status reports to sales management and executive management
Responsibility: Full accountability for overall projects regarding components and processes (quality, schedules, costs, budget)
Requirements
Degree in a technical field
Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
Industry knowledge in the automotive sector (VDA 6.3, IATF, etc.)
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems
Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Excellent written and spoken English
Some initial leadership experience desirable
Strong communication skills, team spirit and natural authority
