About the role

  • Digital Media Analyst planning and executing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Focused on performance metrics and data analysis for strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as: o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • o Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • o Retail Media (Amazon Ads and Mercado Ads)
  • Monitor performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach).
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, formats and messaging.
  • Manage budgets and fund allocation.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards, providing analyses and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams.
  • Implement and monitor tags, pixels and conversion events (Google Tag Manager).
  • Identify opportunities for scaling, efficiency and new channels.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Digital Media Analyst.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Retail Media.
  • Experience with performance metrics and the conversion funnel.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.

  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns, lead generation or app campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Retail Media platforms (Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, etc.).
