Responsibilities
shape and accelerate the e.l.f. social media channels
develop and plan the e.l.f. social media content calendar alongside the Senior Social Media Manager
consider e.l.f. marketing calendar and consumer mindset, trends and seasonal opportunities
responsible for writing creative copy, fit for social media and embodying the e.l.f. tone of voice
monitor cultural, beauty, and digital trends to fuel creative thinking
partner closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Paid Media, Creative, and Retail
develop innovative ideas and create best in class content
own content briefs to support the creation of bold, insight-driven storytelling
identify social media opportunities and collaborations
monitor and analyse social media performance against platform-specific KPIs
conduct competitive deep dives on campaigns, competitor activity, share of voice and brand positioning
translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape bold, consumer-first marketing plans
Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand channel management and content creation, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
strong understanding of the social media, influencer, and retail landscape
demonstrated ability to remain consistently informed on emerging news, cultural moments, industry trends, and the evolving landscape of social media
proven success developing and executing various types of social media campaigns from start to finish, such as brand campaigns, always on, influencer, community and reactive
fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
exceptional communication, organisation, and analytical skills
a proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
