- Lead Senior AI Engineer responsible for AI systems development and engineering strategy at Elevance Health. Collaborate on enterprise tech solutions while ensuring team alignment and business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application system development and maintenance on large complex technology platforms
- Hands-on development of complex AI prototypes and frameworks
- Design and execute enterprise-scale POCs/POTs
- Partner with other AI Engineers to shape multi-year AI roadmap
- Perform advanced design and code reviews
- Own monitoring and validation approaches for AI prototypes
- Maintain relationships with customers to determine business requirements
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience in multi-dimensional platforms
- Expert level experience with business and technical applications
- Expert-level AI/ML and LLM experience preferred
- Deep experience prototyping enterprise-grade AI capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience with emerging frameworks
- Experience implementing scalable RAG architectures
- Advanced ML Ops experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence architecture and engineering strategy
