About the role

  • Director of Planning and Performance responsible for supporting annual planning and business change at Elevance Health. Leading project management and strategy implementation within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • support the annual planning efforts and the execution of the 3 year annual business plan
  • manage executive reporting, project communications, issues logs, and change requests
  • develop and coordinate presentations for executive management meetings
  • implement and execute strategy for change management and advocacy efforts
  • provide coaching/consulting support for initiatives
  • track and report on areas for increased efficiency
  • manage variance process and budget

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • demonstrated ability to translate multi-year strategy into executable plans
  • proven ability to drive change adoption
  • executive-level communication and facilitation skills
  • clinical operations exposure or rapid learning agility to partner with clinical stakeholders
  • Master's degree preferred
