Responsibilities
Act as an intermediary for the location’s Senior/Director of Operations
Ensure all restaurants in the assigned zone are clean, staffed, and operational
Schedule managers to ensure a leader is present on site at all times
Provide consistent support, coaching and encouragement to restaurant staff
Understand financial and operational data to meet zone goals
Promote HMSHost as an employer of choice
Requirements
Documented and demonstrated experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service restaurants
3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a small zone
5 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a large zone
Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience requirement
Knowledge of HMSHost policies and product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
