About the role

  • F&B Multi-Unit Director II role at Charlotte Airport managing multiple restaurant operations. Responsible for staffing, operational standards, and financial performance in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an intermediary for the location’s Senior/Director of Operations
  • Ensure all restaurants in the assigned zone are clean, staffed, and operational
  • Schedule managers to ensure a leader is present on site at all times
  • Provide consistent support, coaching and encouragement to restaurant staff
  • Understand financial and operational data to meet zone goals
  • Promote HMSHost as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Documented and demonstrated experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service restaurants
  • 3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a small zone
  • 5 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a large zone
  • Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience requirement
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies and product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
